I enjoyed the adult-only Oasis pool where servers brought ice water while I relaxed by the lakeside. The lazy river was another favorite spot for fun and relaxation. I appreciated how spacious the room was with good views and USB outlets. This experience felt perfect for winding down after a hectic conference week.

I found the prices for meals and drinks quite high. The pool areas had limited shade, making it hard to stay outside for long.

spacious golden oak view room had breathtaking views of lush gardens. loved the lazy river and the adult-only oasis pool. restaurant on the 17th floor with amazing food and a perfect view of fireworks. room had a huge shower, soaking tub, and big closets. staff went above and beyond helping us enjoy our stay.

Capa blew me away with its creative dishes, and the fresh salads were downright magical! The spa experience was top-notch, and all the pools were a dream come true for families. Seriously, the staff made us feel like royalty from check-in to check-out!

On the flip side, the service lacked that essential Four Seasons polish—think a 9th grader's report card, 'Could do better! ' An ordinary 'lake view' room felt more like a tree-filled tease, and don’t even get me started on the upgrade offer that had us shaking our heads in disbelief!

This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a heated swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me with my room issue late at night. I recommend dining at Ravello's for excellent food! I’m coming back for a romantic escape.

However, customer service fell short at times, with staff seeming disinterested, and a lack of attention to detail was noticeable. The dining options were limited, especially for snacks, which was disappointing for a high-end resort.

Beautiful property, amazing staff, each team member made us feel welcome and attended to our needs, while the exceptional concierge service via WhatsApp really simplifed our planning for shuttle rides and dining options during our six-night stay.
